GWM Jolion Max EV Launched in Nepal at Rs 59.99 Lakh; Price, Range and Features
Great Wall Motor (GWM) has launched the Haval Jolion Max EV in Nepal at the ongoing NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026, expanding its electric vehicle portfolio with a larger and more premium electric SUV.
The Jolion Max EV is being offered at a special NAIMA launch price of Rs. 59.99 lakh, while its regular pricing is set at Rs. 57.99 lakh for the Middle variant and Rs. 60.99 lakh for the Top variant. The new electric SUV joins the Ora 03 and Ora 5 in GWM Nepal’s growing EV lineup.
The Jolion Max EV is powered by a 58.3 kWh battery pack and offers a claimed WLTC range of over 400 km. Its electric motor produces 150 kW of power and 260 Nm of torque. The SUV supports 6.6 kW AC charging and DC fast charging, while a heat pump is also available to improve efficiency in varying conditions. It also gets Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) functionality for supplying power to external devices.
Measuring 4,590 mm in length, 1,877 mm in width and 1,675 mm in height, the Jolion Max EV offers 190 mm of ground clearance. The SUV retains a modern design with a spacious cabin and comes equipped with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Other standard features include automatic climate control, rear AC vents, wireless charging, multiple USB ports, a six-speaker audio system and a panoramic camera. The Top variant further adds a panoramic sunroof, electric tailgate, ventilated front seats, head-up display and electric passenger seat adjustment.
Safety and driver assistance features include Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist, Lane Change Assist, Forward Collision Warning, Autonomous Emergency Braking, Rear Cross Traffic Warning and Rear Cross Traffic Braking.
The SUV also gets ABS, EBD, traction control, ESC, hill assist, hill descent control and driver fatigue monitoring, while higher variants receive additional safety features including curtain airbags.
The launch comes nearly a month after GWM introduced the Ora 5 EV in Nepal. According to GWM Nepal, Nepal is also the second market globally to receive the Haval Jolion Max, highlighting the company’s growing focus on the Nepalese market.
With the Jolion Max EV joining the Ora 03 and Ora 5, GWM is steadily expanding its electric vehicle portfolio in Nepal, with the brand expected to introduce more models across different segments in the future.
